What set Jan apart from the "the rest"
Here's what set Jan apart from my perspective: I called her from the car the day before our meeting. I had tried that before with agents without much success. I told Jan about our needs and she not only listened but must have taken notes. We met at 1 PM, participated for about 30 minutes in a search/mapping process with her company's large-screen monitor & large inventory, then set off for the field. We looked at three lots and three homes, then decided on the first she showed us, the one she thought was best for us, based on my phone call the day before. We went to contract on the hood of Jan's truck about six that evening. 'nuff said.
