A real estate professional with The Bradshaw Group with over 30 years of experience, Kathy Wilson prides herself in being a professional advisor and negotiator. Kathy treats all of her clients with the highest regard for their needs and will be honest and ethical in representing them. Her actions in behalf of others will never be for short-term gain or at the expense of another party. Kathy pledges to give the same level of care and attention in the sale or purchase of your home as she would use in selling or buying her own home.
Kathy is a native of Northern Virginia and relocated to the Greenwood area in 1990 with her Greenwood native and late husband, Woody Wilson. She and Woody built a successful 19-year real estate business and assisted many first-time home buyers, move-up and move-down sellers and buyers, as well as numerous folks who chose to relocate to the Greenwood and/or Lake Greenwood area. After Woody's passing, Kathy chose to continue the business and has happily served several past clients in selling and buying homes, as well as working with many new clients. She was blessed to have, again, found love and happiness with her beau, Rick Crowe. In her down time, Kathy enjoys traveling with Rick and spending time with their families and especially their grandchildren.
