The Plantation at Grand Harbor

The Plantation at Grand Harbor is located approximately 15 miles from Greenwood’s “Uptown” area, healthcare and shopping and dining. It consists of 94 homesites both on and off the water and offers it’s residents the unique added amenity of an on site Equestrian Center with an eight-stall stable for inside boarding, large riding arena with jumps & training area, as well as separate enclosed pastures.

Canoe Bay

Canoe Bay is a small sub-community of Grand Harbor offering it's residents peaceful lakefront living as well as the low maintenance lifestyle of a townhome. These luxury townhomes offers the best of everything. As of 6/1/2011 the regime fee for Canoe Bay residents is $1295 per year; HOA dues for Grand Harbor is $600 per year; monthly meal minimum is $1000 per year and golf packages can be purchased according to what suits your lifestyle best! The "full membership" is $300 per month and includes everything Grand Harbor offers!
